Good evening everybody,
Started the day off around 9, had 2 egg whites and wheat toast with a glass of milk. Did some homework then went to GG for lunch, had chicken, stir fry mix, mushrooms, bean sprouts, broccoli, cilantro, carrots, red curry sauce with a little kung pao, 1 egg and brown rice as my starch. Decided to take a day off from the gym today. For dinner, i had a homemade chicken fajitas, with wheat tortilla, came out pretty good. Thanks for everyone who has voted!
