Busy day yesterday!  I got a great workout at 6 am, since the rest of my day was booked.  I thought I was so smart bringing all of my stuff for the day and a gym bag so that I could shower and go right to school.  However, when you forget clean essentials, it is advisable to return home and get ready there! Anyway…

Full day at work and then 2 basketball games, so, it would be a late night at Genghis Grill.  Luckily, I thought ahead and grabbed a bow to go the day before!

Turkey, Ham, pepperoni, pico, spinach, celery and brown rice, sort of a club feel!  The island teriyaki sauce tied things together very nicely!What I did not figure out until after I snapped the picture is how cool these to go cartons are.  They fold out in to a paper bowl.  How cool!

Unfortunately, the power of Genghis did not transfer to our men’s basketball team as they lost a tough one!  The women, however, felt the power last night!
